Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar of choice
  • 1 cup milk of choice
  • 5 tbsp. oil (or melted butter)
  • 5 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 2 cups flour of choice
  • 1 tbsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 6 medium apples, cored + cut into small slices

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350℉. Line a 9×13 inch pan with parchment paper. Lightly grease the parchment.
  2. In a large bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar for a few minutes. Add in the milk, oil and vanilla and incorporate. Sift in the flour, baking powder and cinnamon. Mix to combine until smooth.
  3. Add the apple pieces to your prepared pan and spread out to an even and mostly flat layer. Pour the batter evenly over the apples and use a rubber spatula to spread out as best you can.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes. May need to broil for a minute or two to get some color on top.
  5. Allow to cool and then sprinkle with some powdered sugar to garnish.
