Ingredients

  • 16 oz elbow noodles
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 medium onion chopped red or white
  • 15 oz diced tomatoes
  • 1 Tbsp garlic
  • ½ cup chopped pickles
  • 1 cup broth
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese
  • 2 Tbsp ketchup
  • 2 Tbsp mustard
  • 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper

 

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Spray casserole dish with cooking oil and set aside.
  3. Heat a large skillet. Add ground beef, onion, and garlic to the skillet and cook. (It’s okay if there’s still some pink.)
  4. Add a large pot filled with water and a little salt to the stovetop. Heat until water is boiling and add noodles. Partially cook the noodles, about 5-7 minutes.)
  5. Combine the meat mixture, noodles, and remaining ingredients (only ½ of the cheese) to a large bowl. Mix well.
  6. Pour mixture into a casserole dish. Sprinkle with the remaining cheese.
  7. Bake for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted.
